The extra-large one.

The maker’s words — a “clean face look” at the row’s largest scale.

I

The big window

29⅜″ × 21⅛″ of glass — the largest fire picture of the nine, lined in ledgestone, herringbone or brick.

II

Big air

A 200 CFM convection fan — the strongest in the row — pushing 42,000 BTU into 2,300 ft² of house.

III

Simply dressed

Two surrounds — Contemporary and Modern at 45″ × 30⅛″ — and six liners. At this scale the fire needs no ornament; the “IPI system with remote” runs it.

Quick answers

The three things everyone asks.

Will it fit my fireplace?

The E44 is for the genuinely big opening: 34½″ × 24″ minimum and about 21″ of depth — the old full-masonry fireplaces that dwarf ordinary inserts. If your firebox swallowed the last insert you looked at, this is the one to measure for.

What happens to my chimney?

No new chimney — your existing one does the work. We run two continuous liners down it (a co-linear direct-vent pair, 3″ each): one brings combustion air in, the other takes exhaust out, and the firebox stays sealed from your room. We sweep and inspect the chimney first, and every gas connection is made by TSSA-registered technicians.

Why is the efficiency figure lower than the others?

That 58.49% is the maker’s own published P.4 figure and we print it as-is. The E44 trades some efficiency for the row’s biggest glass and strongest input — it’s sized for volume of house, and its 200 CFM fan is what moves that heat.
