A WETT inspection is a certified review of your wood-burning system — stove, fireplace, chimney and clearances — with a written report. Insurance companies and real-estate closings ask for it. Ours is $349.99 plus HST, takes about an hour, and the report is ready for your insurer.
Once a year for regular burners, or roughly every full cord of wood. If you can see glaze or buildup, don't wait. Sweeping is $349.99 + HST, takes 45–90 minutes, and we leave no mess — rotary tools and a HEPA vacuum.
Yes — send a photo of your chimney through the booking form and we'll tell you honestly what it needs: crown, cap, sealing, waterproofing, liner or draft work. No photo? We'll look when we're in the area.
Yes. Installations are done by WETT-certified installers to code, so the paperwork is right the first time. We handle the venting, the floor protection and the clearances, and you get the documents your insurer wants.
Yes — gas installs and service are done under TSSA registration. We size and run gas lines, pressure-test, leak-check, and commission the unit properly.
That's the most common call we get: pilot out, won't ignite, soot or odour, weak flame. Book a gas fireplace service visit and we'll get it burning right.
