The fire that turns to meet you.

One drum · Three doors
Turn the drum, and the same stove becomes three different fires. Pure Stûv.
The glass door gives a magnificent view of the flames — with the safety, eco-friendliness and savings of a sealed burn.
Stûv’s own open-fire mode: for loading logs, for barbecues, and to feel the warmth of the flames.
The solid door slows the fire down and optimises performance — radiant, comforting warmth.
One drum · Three models
Same firebox, same full turn — three ways to own it, all sold in Canada.
The drum at its purest — jet black, one glass door, 248 lb. The lightest, simplest 30.
The original three-door drum — the one turning above. Glass view, open fire, slow burn. 284 lb.
Carries a 330 lb refractory core above the fire — 70-7/8″ tall, still turning, releasing its stored warmth after the flames settle.

Quick answers
It stands 41″ tall on an 18.3″ footprint, with 8″ side and rear clearances, 48″ in front of the glass and an 84″ ceiling — the maker’s certified numbers. Send us a photo of your room and we’ll confirm placement before you spend a dollar.
Yes — it’s an official mode, not a trick: “for loading logs, for barbecues and to feel the warmth of the flames,” straight from Stûv’s own spec sheet. Turn back to the glass door and you’re sealed and efficient again.
Gentle: a built-in ash container, and by Stûv’s own guidance frequent ash removal isn’t necessary — and Stûv says the glass stays clean for longer. Your annual sweep is one call to us.
