Gas service · Barrie, Orillia, Midland & Muskoka

The service your gas fire has been quietly asking for.

Like any gas appliance, a fireplace wants an annual service — and when something’s off, it wants someone who knows exactly what they’re looking at.

I

The annual service

Burner and pilot cleaned and tuned, glass cleaned and regasketed as needed, logs set right, controls checked — the full once-over.

II

Diagnose & repair

Won’t light, won’t stay lit, weak or lazy flame, soot on the glass, an odd smell — symptoms have causes, and we find them.

III

Keep it safe

Venting checked, combustion verified, carbon monoxide taken seriously — a gas fire should be beautiful and boring, in that order.

Why people call us

Why people call us.

The three calls we get most.

I

“The pilot won’t stay lit”

The classic. Usually a thermocouple or a dirty pilot — a quick fix for us, an endless match-burner for you.

II

“The flame doesn’t look right”

Lazy, yellow, sooty, uneven — flames talk. Ours is a crew that speaks the language.

III

“It’s been… a while”

No judgment. If you can’t remember the last service, that’s exactly when to book one.

Quick answers

The three things everyone asks.

How often should a gas fireplace be serviced?

Once a year, like any gas appliance. It keeps the flame right, catches small problems early, and keeps your service record clean for insurance.

My fireplace won’t light. What now?

Don’t keep cycling it. Book online or call (705) 345-5226 — pilot and ignition faults are our most common repair, and gas work here is done by TSSA-registered technicians.

Do you service fireplaces you didn’t install?

All makes, all ages, no matter who installed it. If it burns gas in a living room, it’s our patch.
