Quick answers

The three things everyone asks.

Do I need a chimney?

No. The G50 is direct vent — a 5″ exhaust and 8″ intake run out a wall or up through the roof. No masonry, no liner, no sweeping.

Will the TV survive above it?

The G-series carries the “Cool Surface System HDK included” — the front runs cooler by design. Mantel and TV clearances still come from the manual; send a photo and we’ll confirm yours.

What’s the upkeep?

No wood to haul, no ash to sweep. Like any gas fireplace it wants an annual service — that’s our trade, and the crew that installs it does it.

What it costs
